Getting Help Fast — Read This Before You Post

How to get the best help, quickly

Welcome to Help & Support! Before you post a question, a few habits that will get you a faster, more useful answer:

1. Search first

Many common questions already have answers. Use the search bar at the top of the forum.

2. Include your environment

Lara Dashboard: x.x.x  (php artisan about)

Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQLite
OS: Ubuntu / macOS / Windows

3. Describe the problem clearly

• What were you trying to do?
• What did you expect to happen?
• What actually happened?
• Full error message and stack trace (wrap in code blocks)

4. Mark as solved

When your issue is resolved, click Mark as Solved on the reply that helped. It makes it much easier for the next developer who hits the same problem.
